Raising money for Charity

In the last four decades the New Forest Marathon has donated over £1.33 million to support over 125 local good causes. We encourage all runners to support the New Forest Marathon Community Fund (Registered Charity: 1176268).

With the addition of The Chase Trail Run, we’ve extended funding opportunities for local groups. You can add a donation during the entry process—these funds go straight to helping local people get active.

Age Requirements
  • Marathon: 18 years
  • Half Marathon: 17 years
  • 10K: 15 years
  • 5K: 11 years (8-10 with adult*)
  • Junior: 0 - 12 years (Fun Run)
Important Info

Headphones: Bone conduction (Aftershokz) endorsed. In-ear not recommended.

Accessibility: No wheelchairs, cyclists, or buggies due to narrow tracks.

Refunds: Full refund within 14 days of purchase only.
