A new running challenge for Telford in April 2027
Get ready for the Telford & Wrekin 10K! A closed roads run with family and friends, raise money for charity, bring your work colleagues together or push yourself with a new challenge.
Whether you’re taking on your first 10K or chasing a personal best, join us for an exciting new addition to the local running calendar. Telford is one of Shrosphire's youngest towns, with a history that helped shape the Industrial Revolution! It began as Dawley New Town in 1963 and was expanded and renamed in 1968 in honour of Thomas Telford. The town grew around established communities that we will see on the course.
