Entries close 16th May 2024Rapid relays is a new concept relay running event for pairs and small teams run over a fast 2.5K route with a choice of categories. Teams can be pairs, three’s or fours and all female, male or mixed. Teams choose how they want to run the race, run quick laps and exchange or take it a little easier and run all your laps before exchanging. Runner exchange is at the heart of our vibrant race village which has music, catering, a bar and a supporter area. All you need to do is grab a team, choose your category then rock up & race.
