ALTHOUGH COMPANY POLICY IS WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, IF SHROPSHIRE COUNTY IS IN A LOCKDOWN SITUATION ON RACE DAY, ALL ENTRIES WILL BE TRANSFERABLE TO THE RESHEDULED DATE WHICH WE HAVE DISCUSSED WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.

This is a true town 10K with closed roads and a grand start/finish in the Quarry Park, Shrewsbury. Suitable for all levels of ability with professional chip timing, bespoke medals and technical T-shirts for all competitors. Whether you are from Shrewsbury & surrounding areas or visiting for this event then you’ll be sure to enjoy this 10K route.

Starting and finishing in the iconic Quarry Park, the route will soon open up after running through one of Englands finest medieval market towns in the first few kilometres. You will take on a couple of hills in the first 3km enjoying a taste of Shrewsbury’s residential areas, the towns major river crossings before passing through the grounds of the prestigdous Shrewsbury School. After the half way point we head back towards the town centre and be welcomed back to the beautiful tree-lined Quarry Park with great support from spectators.
