The Hart 4 is a 4 hour relay event for teams of 4 on a 4km off road course at Minley Manor, Hampshire. The event starts at 10:30 on Sunday 11th August and finishes four hours later at 14:30. During this time, teams will try to complete as many laps of the course as they can. There will be three team categories; male, female and mixed with prizes awarded to the first, second and third teams in each category. Laps started before 14:30 can be completed and will count towards the team total, so plan your laps to try to squeeze that last one in!

 

The 4km lap is an undulating, off road course through both the woods and grasslands of Minley Manor. It has a few hills but also plenty of flat sections, meaning it should be possible for those competing to get round quickly!
