Take on the challenge of Shropshire’s toughest terrain and raw obstacles. Get ready for lots of mud, hills, bogs, marsh land, lakes, river crossings, tunnels, mud walls, net crawls, water slides, trenches, head dunks, giant bales & more.

In Mud We Trust is the chant for this awsome 5k or 10k run in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with easy access from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton & Bridgnorth.
