This unique workshop will give you a fascinating insight into running biomechanics and key factors that can contribute to, or help avoid injury. We will conduct a live gait analysis with the chance to ask questions, and you’ll participate in short sessions covering dynamic movement skills to develop coordination, agility and speed, an introduction to strength and activation, and Pilates for Runners focusing on mobility and core strength.
