Can you handle the challenge? Welcome to the Abbots Langley Tough Ten, jam-packed with oodles of fun, community vibes and a simply splendid scenic course. Enjoy!

Event Overview:
A long-time favourite race and real family event.  There is a race that appeals to runners of all ages and abilities as this event features a 10k, 5k, 3k and 1k.  It attracts great support from the community by testing runners on scenic and accurately measured courses.

The Abbots Langley Tough Ten is a registered Charity (No. 1163519), raising funds to help local clubs and charities continue with their good work, to assist schools with special projects and individual beneficiaries to improve their quality of life.  It is an annual community event which attracts a wide range of runners – from the seriously competitive to those looking to complete their first race.

Course Details:
The 10K course is accurately measured and take you along quiet lanes in and around the pretty villages of Abbots Langley, Bedmond, and Kings Langley.  Although the start and finish is on grass, the rest of the routes are on tarmac roads and so we’d recommend road shoes. Be prepared for the hill on the last kilometre... it gives the race its name!

Prizes:

Bespoke medal for all finishers.
Prizes for the first Under 9 boy and girl in the 1K.
Prizes for the first Under 11 boy and girl in the 3K
Prizes for the first Under 15 boy and girl in the 5K
