Race Parking

Race parking will be on MOD land, approximately a 10-minute walk from Race HQ.

IMPORTANT - PRE-BOOKED PARKING

If you pre-book race parking, you MUST also select postage for your race number.

You will not be able to collect your race number on the morning of the race if you have pre-booked parking.

Your parking pass will be sent out with your race number and must be displayed on arrival at the car park.

Please make sure you select both parking and race number postage when completing your entry.

Full parking instructions will be included in the Runner Information Pack before race day.

Race rules and information

• If you wish to transfer your entry to another runner, you can do so by logging into your FR Systems account using the link in your confirmation email. Transfers should be completed by 25th January 2027. Later requests may be considered until 8th February 2027. Please contact the organisers if you require assistance.
• Race numbers will be posted to runners who select the postage option when entering. If you do not have your number posted to you then you will be able to collect this on morning of the race from our race HQ. Timings will be communicated in advance.
• If you pre-book race parking, you must select postage for your race number. Pre-booked parking is not available with race number collection on the day.
• Entries received after 25th January 2027 will need to collect their race number from Race HQ on the morning of the race and therefore will not be able to pre-book parking.
• Runner Information Packs containing final race-day instructions will be emailed to all participants before the event.
• Please note there is a 2 hour 45 minute cut-off time for the Bramley 10 Mile Road Race
• Entrants must be aged 17 or over on the day of the race.
• No headphones are permitted, including bone-conduction headphones. This is not a closed-road race and all participants must be able to hear instructions from marshals, officials and other road users. Anyone seen wearing headphones during the race may be disqualified.
• For safety reasons, dogs, buggies and pushchairs are not permitted on the course.
• Pregnancy and childbirth: As part of our commitment to being an inclusive race and supporting female athletes, if you become pregnant before the race, or have had a child since entering and are unable to take part or transfer your entry to another runner, please contact us at bramley@readingroadrunners.org.
• If the race organisers cancel the event, entrants will receive a full refund. Details of the refund process will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.
• Your data may be passed to the event medical team for use during the event.
