If race organisers cancel - full refund - details will be confirmed at the point of the race being cancelled.

Your name and address may be passed onto the sponsors and supporters of this event, including the race photographer. From time to time you may receive information about products and services relevant to you as a runner. If you prefer not to receive such information, please tick the data protection box.

Your data will be passed onto the medical team for use during the event. 

Entries after 25 January 2026 will need to be collected on the morning of the race from the Race HQ.

There are strictly no entries on the day.

Runner information Packs will be emailed to all participants in February 2026

Race Parking

Back at the MOD as in previous years. This involves a 10 minute walkto the 2026 Race HQ.

Parking can be pre-paid when booking the race - you MUST also chose postage for your race number.

Transfer of entries

You are able to transfer your entry to another runner by logging in to your FR Systems account (link in your confirmation email) to amend the details and transfer your place. All transfers/amendments of distance requests should be made before 25th January 2026 (later requests may be considered until 8th February - please contact organisers). If you wish to change distance please email bramley@readingroadrunners.org

Pregnancy and childbirth 

As part of our commitment to being an inclusive race, to support female athletes and be a SheRACES Accredited event – if you have just become pregnant before the race or indeed have had a child since you entered and are unable to transfer your entry to another runner please contact us on the email address above.
