Join us at the University of Birmingham on Sunday 21st October for the 5th Bud's run!

Bud's Run promises to be a great family day out. As well as the 5k (11.30 am start), there's:

- A free exclusive Bud's run short-sleeved technical T-shirt with every entry and a special bespoke medal for every finisher.
- An optional fancy dress competition - wear your brightest and fluffiest costume.
- Coffee, cake and snacks on sale - vital after any 5K!
- Sports massages will be available for a donation.
- A Kid's 2km run will be held before the 5km at 11am - entries online this year.
