Entries closedSet in the heart of the Staffordshire moorlands with views over the Cheshire plain and beyond, this testing course is now a regular fixture in many runners diary!
Race Day Info – All race numbers, chips and information leaflets will be collected on the day you will receive an email shortly before the day.
Parking – Parking will be available on the day at Tittersworth please help us to run the race safely by not parking at race Hq or round the corner as this makes the course very dangerous as runners face traffic on a narrow road.
Race village – The race village will be located close to the finish of the race and will include first aid facilities, toilets, bag drop, sports massage plus other facilities to be announced
Capacity – The 2018 Meerbrook 15k will have a capacity of 500 runners.
Chip timing – Individual times will be recorded with chip timing supplied by FR systems.
Injuries / Deferral – Once your entry has been accepted we cannot refund or defer your entry, you may however pass it on to a fellow runner, but please make sure you let us know the new runners details.
Headphones – Headphones will not be allowed to be worn during the running of the race due to safety concerns. Any competitor seen using headphones will be eligible for disqualification and may be removed from the race
Qualifying Times – There are no qualifying times for entry to the Meerbrook 15k.
Drinks – Drinks stations will be placed at regular intervals along the course.
km markers – km markers will appear along the length of the course
Pacers – There are currently no plans to have a pace team
Although a testing course, course records are held by two GB Internationals with Andi Jones and Gemma Steele. We warmly welcome the faster runners the event welcomes all runners to the event no matter what speed you run at.
